  • A piadina is an Italian flatbread sandwich from the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy. The original recipe for piadina dates back to the year 1371 AD. Our piadina bread is made fresh to order with authentic imported Italian flour, rolled thin, cooked on a griddle, and folded around premium meats, cheeses, and veggies. It’s a light, crisp, and totally unique sandwich you will not soon forget!

  • Some of our most popular choices are L’Originale (prosciutto, arugula, mozzarella, and tomato), the Quattro Stagioni (ham, artichokes, mushrooms, and mozzarella), and the Salamino Picante with spicy salami and a touch of heat.
